1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Kanah LLC ("Kanah") governing your use of the Kanah application and related software (the "Software"). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.
2. License Grant
Kanah grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software.
- Use the Software in a way that violates law or infringes rights.
4. Ownership
The Software and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Kanah. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.
5. Updates
Kanah may provide updates or enhancements to the Software. These updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.
6. Third-Party Services
The Software may rely on third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, or AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms from third parties.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Kanah may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kanah disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
